Lead team of 12 people. Point to point provisioning of Frame, DSL, ATM and internet

order. Responsible for LCNR reports and tracking reports. Create engineering orders,

route circuits. Identify IXC’S and perform proper management task to ensure techniques

are followed and do not impede the provisioning process. Evaluate and request LOA’s and

making DTC assignments as well HDT assignments in the DMS5500 SWITCH. Worked on a daily

basis with field engineer to ensure that test and turn up is done properly. Responsible

for entire east region consisting of eight cities. Designed layouts for DS1, DS3, Point

to Point and Point to Multi-Point Circuits.

Process access service request for all orders such as DSO, DS1, and DS3. Responsible for

updating spreadsheets on a daily basis to ensure that all circuit information is correct

with pertinent information. Received all FOC and DLR information from RBOC and ILEC so

that CLR's could be generated to the field. Evaluated network orders for completeness

and monitor them through test and acceptance.
